På våra seniorcirkelklasser värmer vi upp med enkla steg för att komma igång och få upp värmen i kroppen. Sedan kör vi stationsträning (8 stationer) x två varv. Där kör vi funktionell styrka, balans och rörlighet. Det finns alltid flera varianter av övningarna så man kan hitta sin egen nivå. Vi avslutar med kort nedvarvning, rörlighet och avslappning.
Cirkelgym seniorer: Fokus på styrka och rörlighet. Begränsat antal deltagare. Förbokning krävs.
